Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

~11 Egg Whites
~1 Whole Egg
~1 Cup of Oats
~1 packet of your fav. sugar free Jell-O

Directions:

Blend all ingredients in a blender, pour batter in a thin layer onto a non-stick pan, and cook for just a few seconds per side. Serve with sugar-free syrup and some berries over the top.
