Cinnamon Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Cinnamon Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

This healthful and delicious smoothie is loaded with fiber, vitamin A and potassium.

A sprinkle of nutmeg will take this smoothie to another level and put you right in the holiday spirit!!

Ingredients:

• ½ cup pumpkin puree
• 1 cup almond milk (vanilla flavored, unsweetened)
• 2 scoops low-carb vanilla protein
• ½ tsp. nutmeg
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• Stevia, to taste
• 5 ice cubes

• Total fat: 6 g
• Total Carbs: 22 g
• Dietary Fiber: 10 g
• Protein: 27 g
• Sugar: 5 g

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until very smooth.
