Ingredients:
1/2 cup Berries
2 T Cottage Cheese (or Cream Cheese)
1 pkt Splenda
1 dash Vanilla Extract
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
A bit of water (just enough to make a cheesecake-filling consistency)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients together, and mix well using a blender. Once thoroughly combined, decorate with a few extra berries and serve.
