Instant Berry Protein Cheesecake

Not only will this delicious cheesecake satisfy your cravings, but it’ll do it in minutes flat, whileproviding a healthy dose of good-for-you protein and antioxidants. And it’s completely guilt-free!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Berries
2 T Cottage Cheese (or Cream Cheese)
1 pkt Splenda
1 dash Vanilla Extract
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
A bit of water (just enough to make a cheesecake-filling consistency)

 

Directions:

Combine all ingredients together, and mix well using a blender. Once thoroughly combined, decorate with a few extra berries and serve.
